This article provides a scientific analysis of the role and significance of economicdiversification in the sustainable development of the food products market. The study examines therecent economic reforms implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at ensuring foodsecurity and increasing export potential, as well as analyzes the country’s diversification policybased on statistical data.
