These theses address issues of improving the economic efficiency of managementmechanisms through the introduction of ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance)principles in the industries of Uzbekistan. The study analyzed the possibilities of increasingproduction efficiency based on the ESG approach by improving environmental safety, socialresponsibility and the corporate governance system of enterprises. The economic benefits ofimplementing ESG principles are also demonstrated - efficient use of resources, waste reduction,implementation of energy-efficient technologies and strengthening brand credibility throughsocial projects.
