This article highlights the scientific and practical aspects of implementing innovative training equipment technologies in the modern sports training system. In particular, the multifunctional barbell-trainer "Round Support MG" was introduced for the first time into the physical training process of para-powerlifting athletes. During the study, it was determined that this equipment enables strength development without excessive strain on the spine and back muscles by evenly distributing gravitational and compression pressure on the human body in a physiologically coordinated manner. In an experiment conducted within a 12-week macrocycle, the athletes were divided into two groups: the control group trained with a traditional barbell, while the experimental group used the "Round Support MG" trainer. The results showed an increase in strength indicators by 9.8% in the experimental group, while complaints of back pain and neurological symptoms decreased by 63%. Additionally, the equipment optimized the biomechanics of the athlete's body movement, ensured muscle symmetry, and improved the physiological distribution of loads during the training process.
