This article presents methods and results for determining the amounts of glycyrrhizic acid, rutin, and caffeic acid in the elixir—a local herbal ingredient with anti-inflammatory properties for the upper respiratory tract. The amounts of biologically active substances in the elixir were determined using high-performance liquid chromatography.
