The article touches upon aspects of violations of the law at the stage of preliminary investigation, in the process of collecting evidence, as well as methods and ways to eliminate them at the stage of preliminary investigation. It is proposed to distinguish between evidence as reclaimable and irreplaceable. Also, the article focuses on definition of technology for exclusion by the prosecutor of evidence in the framework of criminal case, due to their inadmissibility.
