This article discusses how studying criminal offenses committed through the use of information and communication technologies, including social networks. In the article, the authors examined the methods of human trafficking using the Internet, methods of searching for evidence and requesting it from social network administrators. The possibilities of machine products designed to monitor Internet information by using keywords online. Using the methods of general scientific and private scientific research methods, in particular analysis, synthesis and by opinion of IT specialists, the authors came to the conclusion to use machine learning to find and recognize texts which containing criminal nature in online content for Kazakh-speaking users. Also, according to the results of the work, articles related to human trafficking are proposed, supplemented with a qualifying feature, committed using the Internet.
