The development and improvement of criminological practice and tactics makes it necessary to improve the law enforcement and rule-making activities of the state. This sphere of public relations is studied both as a special branch of theoretical criminology and special technical and legal component of normography. The presented study is devoted to identifying and substantiating theoretical and practical features of relatively new area of criminonomology (criminolegistics), the purpose of which is to improve legislation by ensuring social and economic component of state security.
