В статье представлен опыт хирургического лечения 173 больных с послеожоговыми рубцовыми деформациями и дефектами конечностей. На основании полученных результатов даны практические рекомендации по оптимальному выбору методов операций. Применение вышеуказанных методик и системы реабилитации больных дало хорошие функциональные и эстетические результаты в 82% случаях.
