At the beginning of this article, there is talk about the 21st cen- tury skills of students in acquiring modern professions and becoming an active citizen of society. Also, along with skills, subject knowledge and the reforms to be implemented in education to provide them effectively are an- alyzed. In this process, some negative factors affecting students’ mastery of lessons were also considered. Some solutions that should be implemented to eliminate these factors are also presented. The main part of the article is that the result of these movements is the preparation of the next gener- ation to acquire modern professions. The types of professions and their peculiarities are discussed in the article. Information about professions that will disappear in 2030 and appear in 2030, determined as a result of research, is given. At the end of these analyses, conclusions were given regarding the activities that should be comprehensively implemented in education in the rapidly changing world.
