Актуальность. К нейродегенеративным заболеваниям диска зрительного нерва (ДЗН) и сетчатки относят демиелинизирующие заболевания, такие как рассеянный склероз, болезнь Девика, макулярная телеангиоэктазия, глаукома. Цель. Оценить состояние микрососудистого русла при нейродегенеративных заболеваниях сетчатки и диска зрительного нерва. Материал и методы. Для определения дифференциальных критериев нейродегенеративных заболеваний обследовано 2 больных. Первый больной диагнозом «Первичной открытоугольной глаукомой (ПОУГ) II А стадии». Второй пациент с диагнозом «Макулярная телеангиэктазия II типа». Выводы. При макулярной те-леангиоэктазии сосудистые изменения первично начинаются с макулярной зоны. А при глаукоматозных изменениях одновременное начало изменений сосудистой плотности макулярной зоны с РПК.
