The article presents an analysis of the practice of evaluating corporate activities in joint-stock companies, based on the identified shortcomings and problems, criteria and indicators for evaluating the functional quality of corporate management and a methodological approach for evaluating the impact of the effectiveness of corporate management activities of joint-stock companies on the economic, financial and market activities are recommended
