Цель исследования - выявление путей снижения рисков, с которыми сталкиваются экономические агенты в условиях взаимодействия с институциональными ловушками, вызванными асимметрией информации в развивающейся цифровой экономике. Проведен анализ основ неопределенности и рациональности в цифровой экономике, а затем на примере рынка труда исследуются риски, связанные с попаданием в институциональные ловушки из-за асимметрии информации.
