This article examines the major psychological determinants influencing the improvement of patients' quality of life during the process of clinical psychological rehabilitation. The psychological essence of the concept of quality of life is analyzed together with its relationship to emotional stability, psychological adaptation, resilience to stress, motivation, social support, and self-regulation. The study also highlights the significance of individualized psychological interventions, psycho-corrective technologies, and psychological counseling within comprehensive rehabilitation programs. The findings suggest that consideration of psychological determinants contributes significantly to improving patients' psychological well-being, social functioning, and overall quality of life throughout the rehabilitation process.
