This article focuses on the fact that the economy of health services is being formed on the basis of the integration ofmedicine, tourism, ecology, innovative technologies and services. In particular, wellness centers, SPA complexes, rehabilitation centersand health clusters established on the basis of mineral water sources, thermal areas, healing climatic zones, phytotherapeutic resources,mountain and forest landscapes are an important factor in increasing the economic competitiveness of regions, creating new jobs andimproving the quality of life of the population, and proposals and recommendations are made on the need for rational use of naturalresources, maintaining ecological balance and developing health services for the population.
