Pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidinones were made by reacting tricyclic pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidinones with 4-halogenated phenylamines. The structures of all the new compounds were figured out using ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR analyses.
