This article analyzes the experience of developed and developing foreign countries in the territorial organization of urbanization processes. In particular, examples from countries such as the United States, Sweden, Germany, France, Japan, and China are used to examine mechanisms for managing urbanization, diversifying settlements, developing transport infrastructure, addressing population density, creating employment opportunities, maintaining ecological balance, and ensuring balanced regional development.
