This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations forintegrating digital economy technologies into regional governance systems. It examines the transformation of territorialdevelopment processes under digitalization, identifies key determinants of governance efficiency, and explores theinstitutional and economic dimensions of innovative management mechanisms. The research develops a data-drivendecision-making framework aimed at optimizing resource allocation and enhancing the resilience of regional socioeconomicsystems. Furthermore, it proposes an integrated model based on digital platforms, artificial intelligence, and bigdata analytics to improve governance performance. The findings demonstrate that systematic implementation of digitaltechnologies significantly contributes to sustainable regional development and institutional effectiveness.
