В данной научной статье исследуются актуальные проблемы правовогорегулирования имущественной ответственности супругов при осуществлении предпринимательскойдеятельности в Республике Узбекистан. В условиях активного развития малого бизнеса и институтасемейного предпринимательства особую значимость приобретают вопросы определения правовогорежима имущества супругов, используемого в предпринимательской деятельности, а такжераспределения имущественной ответственности по обязательствам, возникающим в процессе ведениябизнеса. Проанализированы существующие коллизии и пробелы действующего законодательстваРеспублики Узбекистан, осложняющие правоприменительную практику и судебное разрешениеимущественных споров между супругами. По результатам исследования сформулированы научнообоснованные предложения, направленные на совершенствование механизмов правовогорегулирования имущественной ответственности супругов в сфере предпринимательской деятельности,повышение уровня правовой определенности и обеспечение баланса интересов участников семейныхи предпринимательских правоотношений.
