В данной научной статье исследуются актуальные проблемы правового регулированияимущественной ответственности супругов при осуществлении предпринимательской деятельностив Республике Узбекистан. В условиях активного развития малого бизнеса и института семейногопредпринимательства особую значимость приобретают вопросы определения правового режима имуществасупругов, используемого в предпринимательской деятельности, а также распределения имущественнойответственности по обязательствам, возникающим в процессе ведения бизнеса. Проанализированысуществующие коллизии и пробелы действующего законодательства Республики Узбекистан, осложняющиеправоприменительную практику и судебное разрешение имущественных споров между супругами. Порезультатам исследования сформулированы научно обоснованные предложения, направленные насовершенствование механизмов правового регулирования имущественной ответственности супругов в сферепредпринимательской деятельности, повышение уровня правовой определенности и обеспечение балансаинтересов участников семейных и предпринимательских правоотношений
