Ushbu ilmiy maqolada Buddaviylik dininig vujudga kelishi, jahon hamda Markaziy Osiyo madaniyatida tutgan o’rni batafsil yoritib berilgan. Bundan tashqari Buddaviylik dinining Markaziy Osiyo shu nuqtayi nazardan Kushon imperiyasi davri ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy, siyosiy-madaniy hayotida tutgan o’rni hamda bu dinning yoyilishida xizmat qilgan Buyuk Ipak yo’lining ahamiyati haqida tarixiy manbalar asosida yoritilib berilgan. Buddaviylik dinining asosiy markazlari hamda yodgorliklari ham sinchiklab o’rganilgan.
