The aim of the study was to evaluate the dynamics of speech and behavioral indicators in children with ASD undergoing complex therapy including molecular hydrogen. The study included 57 children aged 3–8 years. Assessments were conducted before treatment, and at 3 and 6 months. The results showed positive dynamics in speech skills and communicative activity. Randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm these findings.
