In the context of the modern economy, innovation and knowledge-based development have become keypriorities. This article analyzes the experience of developed countries in establishing student innovation developmentcenters and examines their operational mechanisms. The study highlights the role of these centers in supporting startups,facilitating technology transfer, attracting investment, and fostering student entrepreneurship. It also evaluates the impactof management practices, infrastructure, and collaboration on their effectiveness. Based on the findings, recommendationsare proposed for improving the development of innovation centers within the national higher education system.
