This article examines the impact of preventive measures carried out prior to dental implantation on the clinical effectiveness of treatment. The study involved dividing patients into two groups and conducting a comparative analysis between those who underwent comprehensive pre-implantation preparation and those with minimal preparation. The results demonstrated that oral cavity sanitation, elimination of infectious foci, periodontal treatment, and improvement of oral hygiene significantly contribute to successful osseointegration of implants. Additionally, a notable reduction in peri-implant complications was observed in patients who received preventive preparation.
