This article analyzes modern approaches to the formation and management of product assortments in retailenterprises. The study explores consumer behavior modeling using the multinomial logit model, inventory optimizationthrough ABC-XYZ analysis, and the application of artificial intelligence technologies. Based on the development trends ofUzbekistan's retail market, practical recommendations have been developed.
