This article explores international experience in the use of cross-border money transfers and their impacton national economic development. The study analyzes the key channels through which remittances contribute tomacroeconomic stability, increase household incomes, stimulate investment activity, and support the development ofthe financial system. Particular attention is paid to the practices of developed and developing countries, as well as tothe potential for adapting this experience to national economic conditions. Based on the research findings, practicalrecommendations are proposed to enhance the effectiveness of cross-border money transfers in promoting economicgrowth.
