В статье раскрывается сущность понятия эффективности корпоративного управления в коммерческихбанках и рассматриваются методы её оценки. Представлены финансовые показатели, применяемые при анализеэффективности корпоративного управления, а также их классификация. На примере отдельных коммерческихбанков нашей страны проведён анализ и оценка финансовых индикаторов эффективности корпоративногоуправления. Кроме того, обобщены предложения и рекомендации по совершенствованию методики оценкиэффективности корпоративного управления банков на основе финансовых показателей
