Anglo-sakson, Germaniya va Sharqiy Osiyo kabi asosiy modellar tahlil etilib,ularning innovatsiyalarni qo‘llab-quvvatlashdagi kuchli hamda zaif jihatlari aniqlanadi. Xulosa qismida esa O‘zbekistonkompaniyalarining innovatsion salohiyatini oshirishda xorijiy tajribadan samarali foydalanish bo‘yicha takliflar ilgari suriladi.Maqola korporativ boshqaruv va innovatsiyalar sohasida faoliyat yurituvchi mutaxassislar uchun amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
