Deposit operations of commercial banks play a crucial role in forming their resource base. This researchexamines the current state of deposit operations in commercial banks and analyzes their signifcance in ensuring bankingstability. The paper also discusses the importance of banks in fnancial intermediation and strategies aimed at increasingthe trust of the population and business entities. Furthermore, several suggestions and recommendations are proposedfor the further development of this area.
