Maqolada davlat iqtisodiy xavfsizligiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi global ekologik omillar keng qamrovlitahlil qilinadi. Iqlim o‘zgarishi, ekologik muammolarning xalqaro miqyosda chuqurlashuvi, transchegaraviy ekologiktahdidlar, resurslar uchun global raqobat hamda ekologik muvozanatsizlik oqibatlari milliy iqtisodiyot barqarorligiga ta’siretuvchi omillar sifatida yoritiladi. Shuningdek, maqolada ekologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlashda xalqaro hamkorlik, yashiltexnologiyalarni joriy etish va barqaror rivojlanish konsepsiyasining ahamiyati ko‘rsatib beriladi.
