Delayed psycho-speech development (DPSD) in children remains one of the most pressing problems in pediatric neurology due to its high prevalence and significant impact on social adaptation. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of transcranial micropolarization as part of comprehensive therapy for children with DPSD. A total of 105 children aged 3–7 years were examined. The main group consisted of 80 patients who received standard treatment in combination with transcranial micropolarization, while the comparison group included 25 children who received only standard therapy. The results demonstrated that the use of transcranial micropolarization contributed to a more pronounced positive improvement in clinical, neurological, and cognitive indicators.
