The chromatographic retention of some flavonoid derivatives was studied under reverse-phase HPLC conditions. Retention factors were determined for different eluent compositions (CH3OH, phosphate buffer). The relationship between the structure, properties and chromatographic retention of certain flavonoids has been studied.
