In this state, glycyrrhizic acid and its products are present in several different ratios of gallic acid, i.e. 1:2; 1:4; Information is provided on methods for obtaining new supramolecular compounds obtained in a molar ratio of 1:8, and some physicochemical properties of the resulting compounds. The results of the analysis of the chemical structure obtained by a new method of IR and UV spectroscopy are presented.
