In addition to financial services, banks have the right to carry out activities of storing valuables or renting an individual bank safe. Banks may also carry out any transactions necessary for the provision of financial services and other permitted activities. Non-traditional banking services are not as common as financial and banking services, but today there is increased competition between banks, the search for new customers, and the introduction of innovative banking services. The article provides a comparative analysis of the structure of a lease agreement and an agreement for the storage of valuables in a bank, examines the specifics of agreements for the storage of valuables in a bank and the provision of individual bank safes as a special type of non-traditional banking services, explores their purpose, and develops proposals on this matter.
