This article examines the importance of innovative approaches in increasing and developing the physical activity of adolescents and young people. It analyses the issues of improving the effectiveness of physical education classes through the use of modern pedagogical technologies, digital tools and interactive methods. In the course of the research, the role of physical activity in shaping a healthy lifestyle and the influence of innovative approaches on the physical development of young people were studied on a scientific basis. The results serve to improve the physical education process in educational institutions.
