With the growing prevalence of diabetes mellitus worldwide, the number of patients with diabetic foot syndrome is steadily increasing. This complication is one of the leading causes of hospitalization of diabetic patients and requires considerable healthcare resources. In this work an assessment was made of the effectiveness of modern wound dressings in the complex therapy of ulcerative foot defects in patients with diabetic foot syndrome. The study included the clinical data of patients treated for diabetic foot at the Surkhandarya Regional Multidisciplinary Hospital.
