This article analyses the physico-chemical, organoleptic and ovoscopic indicators, studied during the experiment, of eggs obtained from hens which, from the age of 110 days, were fed, in addition to the farm ration, phytoestrogen preparations of the ferula plant - "Panarut-98", "Pano-25" and "Kufestrol" - as well as powder of the sap of the plant F-kuhistanica, mixed in a ratio of 10 g per 1000 kg.
