This article examines a methodology for optimizing the technical and tactical training of junior judokas taking into account the specific features of different weight categories. The key aspects of tactical differentiation are analysed, and a training programme has been developed that takes into account the anthropometric and functional characteristics of the athletes. The recommendations presented can be used in the practice of coaches to increase the effectiveness of the training of juniors.
