Reforms aimed at promoting physical culture and mass sports among women and involving them widely in these activities, at forming a healthy lifestyle and at strengthening their aspiration for self-realization are topical and require high-quality, scientifically grounded solutions. From this point of view, the research being carried out on developing and putting into practice a mechanism for the broad involvement of women in mass sports proves its relevance and serves as a solution to the priority tasks defined in normative legal documents and decrees.
