The aim of the scientific research is to study how regular and precise synaptic connections are formed in the nervous system during ontogenesis. At the same time, the most promising way of investigating the cholinergic system is to study its pathogenetic development in structural and functional organs. Such an approach makes it possible to establish a correlation between the development of the cholinergic system and the structural and functional improvement of organs and systems on the one hand, and on the other hand it makes it possible to learn the physiological foundations of the functioning of the cholinergic system in animals at different age periods and to find ways of directed influence upon it.
