The relevance of the research is due to the large-scale implementation of AI technologies in all spheres of human activity and the need to understand their impact on the functioning of the human brain to ensure the successful adaptation of a person to a technological future. The formation of the third signal system can be considered as an evolutionary response of the human brain to the challenges of the digital age. This system is characterized by the ability to effectively interact with artificial intelligence agents, understand their functioning logic, and integrate their capabilities into their own cognitive processes. The neurophysiological foundations of the third signal system include the development of new neural networks specializing in digital information processing, the formation of hybrid cognitive patterns that combine human intuition and machine logic, and adaptive changes in the prefrontal cortex responsible for planning and decision-making in the context of interaction with AI.
