This study presents the development of a clinical and radiological risk assessment scale for predicting massive intraoperative blood loss during the surgical removal of hypervascular brain meningiomas. Key risk factors were identified, with invasive growth and bone involvement categorized as primary, and tumor volume, dural tail, and peritumoral edema as secondary. A mathematical model was constructed based on these factors, enabling stratification of patients into low-, medium-, and high-risk groups. The results support the use of preoperative embolization in patients identified as having moderate to high risk of significant blood loss.
