This study evaluated the effectiveness of three rehabilitation methods - physiotherapy (PT), functional electrical stimulation (FES), and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) - in patients with primary and secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS and SPMS). Functional indicators were measured using the Barthel scale before and after therapy. All three methods showed positive dynamics, but the most significant improvements were observed in the TMS group. This method demonstrated its potential in restoring both cognitive and motor functions and is considered an important component of comprehensive rehabilitation for these patients.
