Post-hemodialysis encephalopathy (PHE) refers to neurological changes that can occur in the brain of patients with chronic kidney disease after undergoing hemodialysis. These changes can lead to impairments in brain functions and cognitive issues. This article presents a review of current literature on the topic of encephalopathy associated with hemodialysis.
