The frequency of detection and severity of cognitive dysfunctions in patients with CKD stages III-IV were significantly higher than in the group with CKD stages I-II (p<0.001). It has been demonstrated that CKD stages III-IV is an independent predictor of the development of CD (OR = 27.32, 95%CI 4.3-72.9, p<0.001).
