We conducted research on 67 (31 patients of women (46,3%), 36 patients of men (53,7%)) patients with trigeminal neuralgia who applid in 20 24 in the neurology room of the multi network central polyclinik of Jondor district medical association of Bukhara region. Allpatientis underwent transcranial dopplerography.
