In this article, the socio-psychological image of a modern leader and the organization of his work are considered. In it, the author analyzes the organization of the work of the head. And also, the development of his managerial skills and abilities. The research conducted by the author shows the study of the personality of a modern leader. And the creation of his socio-psychological image is relevant, respectively, to modern research.
