In this article, the influence of artificial intelligence and a possible metaverse is investigated. And also, the problems that these national legislatures will face in the near future. While the virtual reality of these concepts has not yet been clearly defined, the digital transformation of the economy continues at an accelerated pace due to new production needs. The legislation of both Uzbekistan and foreign countries in this area is considered.
