Today, with the development of medical science and the improvement of medical technology around the world, the role and importance of the work of medical personnel in the health care system is growing with the conditions and methods of providing preventive care to the population. The organization of well-coordinated work of medical services and departments depends on knowledge and skills, professionalism throughout the activity. The high professionalism of medical staff is especially important when working with children. One of the most pressing issues in the work of nurses is the implementation of preventive measures. With the reform of the health care system, health workers have a great responsibility: the limits of their powers are expanding not only in matters of care, but also in the diagnosis of pathological conditions. This is of paramount importance in the process of preventive screening of children in preschool settings. The role of the preschool educational institution in preparing children for school education through the comprehensive intellectual, moral, aesthetic and physical development of children is great. carried out by medical staff of the territorial health authorities attached to the institution in the prescribed manner. There are shortcomings in the work of nurses in preschool education on the above tasks.
