In this article, the tasks of organizing victimological prevention of persons affected by crimes are considered, the social necessity of victimological prevention is substantiated with examples of victimological prevention of persons, the opinions of national and foreign scientists are studied and analyzed. Based on the analysis, the relevant conclusions were drawn.
