This scientific article studies the energy-saving technology of the process of obtaining potassium nitrate from local raw materials. During the research, potassium chloride from the Dehqanabad Potassium Plant and ammonium nitrate from Navoiazot JSC were used as raw materials. The process was carried out at a temperature of 90°C, and the resulting product was cooled to 10°C. The article also analyzes the reaction conditions, the ratio of raw materials and the effect of temperature on productivity, and determines the optimal technological parameters of the process. The results of the research include practical recommendations that can serve to increase the efficiency of potassium nitrate production.
